Are all the people equal?

Maybe I am repeating myself, but this is a topic that is very important for me. The topic is the racism and the bullying. When I am going to class every day, in the hall I see some kids punching and yelling someone that seems weaker than them, and I think that these people are stupid. But not only in the highschool it happens.

Sometimes, when I go out with some of my friends, we go to the supermarket, we see a shop assistant pretending that some people doesn't exist even if they shout. The reason can be that these people are from another country, because if it's not, I don't think what's in the mind of that shop assistant.

I think that is not fair for the affected people. They have the same right to go shopping like the others, it's writed on the Declaration of the Human Rights.

My TDR...

The past Monday I brought my research project finished to the high school. The previous day I sent an e-mail to my tutor of the resarch project and she didn't answer me, and she didn't saw anything. 

Yesterday I went to the library to talk with her about my oral presentation that I have to do the next Monday. She told me that I should forget about doing it because my research project was a shame. 

Maybe she is right, but telling me to don't do it I think it isn't very nice coming from her, considering that she is my tutor. Then the headmistress talked to me. She said that nothing was decided and it's the tribunal who gives the mark, not only her. And also she told me to do the oral presentation even if someone told me to don't do it. 

How all started

I think that my game obsession started when I was five or six years old. It all started with the Game Boy Advance and one the The Legend Of Zelda game. The game was TLOZ: A Link to the Past.

The plot of the game is simple: a mage named Agahnim is kidnapping all the descendents of the seven sages, and a hero called Link, a boy who comes from a noble lineage, has to help the kingdom of Hyrule of that mage.

The gameplay is not very difficult. You have a menu where you can select your gadges that you find in the dungeons, and some passives items that can help you, for example the Pegasus Boots or the Power Glove. There's also some puzzles in the game but they are very simple. The only way you can die in this game is against the final boss or against some annoying enemy.
The graphics are not spectacular because the game was first released for the Super Nintendo System and then for the Game Boy.

After finishing the game, I didn't think of it like a normal game, I thought that there is a great story after every game and I realized that a good game doesn't need a good graphics, it has to have a great story and good mechanics.

I'm addicted to...

Last week I turned on the computer and I saw something. It was a game called League of Legends, or LoL, and I started playing again, and I realized that I was addicted to the game again after leaving it some months.

To explain why I'm addicted again, I think that I have to explain briefly the game. In the game there are two teams of 5 players each one. The goal of the game is go the enemy base and destroy the nexus. In the game there is a jungle where some enemys spawn. In the lanes the players fight each other while they are killing the minions that the nexus is spawning.

And now, why I'm addicted to this game again? I don't know why I'm still playing it, maybe because I don't have anything better to do or maybe because I'm stupid.
The comunity of this game is worse than anything. When you play and you fail one time, they blame you and they insult you, but if they fail and you say like "Next time you will do it better", they will be angry and some times they will leave the game (AFK).

Stardew Valley and the piracy

Some days ago ConcernedApe released a game called Stardew Valley. The game was made only by one person and it looks very good. The story is very simple and easy to understand.

Your grandfather is in his bed and he gives you a letter and he tolds you to open it when you are tired of the city. You open the letter and you go to a farm and you have to plant, harvest, fish some fishes and shrimps, go to a mine, etc. The gameplay is very good and it hasn't got any bugs.

Well, a lot of people bought the game and they really enjoyed, but there are some people who don't want to pay for this game and they have downloaded it. These people, played the game and they have seen that the game is very attractive and funny and they finally bought it.

I'm really happy for the developer, because he worked hard and he finally recieved the reward of his work.

On the game platform Steam, there are a lot of positive reviews, like the 91-94% and the stadistics of the people who have bought the game it has increased a lot.

That Dragon, Cancer

The game That Dragon, Cancer talks about a family with an ill son, in that case Joel. He is 4 years old and he has cancer. This is related with the life of the creator because he had a son named Joel and he died because he had cancer. 

In the game you are the father and you have to play, talk and take care of your son and the relationship will grow up or will decrease, it depends of your actions. 

I like that the people had supported the creator, and the people who had played the game had said that it has changed their world view. For example this review: "Not only did That Dragon, Cancer make me sad, it also made me grateful for the life I have right now. Never will I waste one moment in my life. Thank you Numinous games. Great job."

Chimichanga

Some days ago I went to the cinema to watch the movie of Deadpool, and I really enjoyed the movie. It was a humor movie because the plot wasn't good enough. I think that they took the humor of the comics and they put it on the cinema. The plot was very simple.

Wade Wilson is a type of mercenary who accepts works and he does it for the money. He mets a women called Vanessa, which is a prostitue. On the comics, she is a mutant, but on the movie she is human. Their relationship goes well but suddenly the doctors diagnose him cancer.
After some time a man would like to recruit him and finally after a lot of experiments and suffering, he becomes an ugly person and he gains a regenerative power, which is better than the regenerative power of Wolverine. Francis a.k.a Ajax, the scientis who did the experiments to Deadpool, thinks that he is died but after knowing that this isn't true he kidnaps Vanessa and Deadpool with the help of two of the X-Men saves her.

As I said the plot was very simple, but they put a lot of references to some movies and some superheroes like Wolverine and Spidey. Another think is that they should explain more the Deadpool character, for example that he is schizophrenic because his neuron are regenerating, or that he is crazy and he never shuts his mouth or that he breaks the fourth wall talking with the audience.

If you want to laugh a lot, you should go to see the movie

Remakes and Reboots

The game industry and the cinema industry are doing more remakes and reboots of some of their great works. On the game industry there is the example of the Devil May Cry series or the game Final Fantasy VII that will be released with new graphics and new gameplay this year. The first case is a reboot because they did a new game after some years explaining the origins of the main character.
But on the second case, they took a game that was released on 1997 and they want to change some things to do the game more beautiful, and a lot of people says that was the last resource of the company Square Enix.

I think that some of the remakes are good, but when more companies do more remakes and reboot, more people will do this and this will be an infinite loop. They should see and ask the people if they want this or they shouldn't say anything until the games is finished.

Love

The last Tuesday we talked about love and why do we love. We saw a video where some philosphers explain why do we love and why we search love.
In the video are some explanation like this: Once upon a time, we were humans with two heads, four arms and four legs, and one day the gods were angered and they separated the humain beings in two and that's why the people search their soul mate because they feel incomplete.

I'm not agree with this and I think that the people can live alone perfectly. A lot of people say that is impossible and you need someone, because the humanity like to be loved.

When I say alone it means without loving anyone, but you can have friends. For example me. I don't like anyone and I tolerate the people that are with me, because I don't trust anybody. I think that the people nowadays are absolutely false, and they always have a fake smile on their faces, and for me is sick. Maybe one day they are you friend but maybe the next day they will insult you or leave you behind and alone.

La Celestina

The last week I had an exam of a book that will be in Selectivitat. The book is La Celestina.
I think that the plot is good and interesting but the edition that I had read it was very difficult to understand. Why? I say this because the vocabulary that is on the book isn't very up-to-date, and the ortography was worse. I tried to read it but when I had like 30 pages readen, I didn't understand anything.
I know that the book is very old, but if they do a new edition, they have should have writted the book to the people that doesn't understand that vocabulary.

Technology

The social media that I use are Youtube, Twitter, Skype and sometimes Facebook. I vist a lot of times Youtube because I like watching videos about games and technology, and sometimes some funny videos.

When I use Skype, I use it to talk with my friends while we are playing together and sometimes to talk with the family.

I think that the social media is very useful nowadays because we can learn with videos or talk with our family quickly, but we shouldn't use it a lot because could become addictive.

The Binding Of Isaac

The Binding Of Isaac, normally called TBOI, is a game created by Edmund McMillen. He is also the creator of a game called Super Meat Boy, a super hard game with a lot of blood.

 

The Binding Of Isaac is a rogue like game. You have to do "runs" to unlock items, secrets and challenges. The gameplay is very simple, you control one character and you have to get items on every room to be powerful and be able to defeat the enemies. Every run is diferent, for example, you can get a damage upgrade on the first floor, but on other run you can get a speed upgrade.

The story talks about Isaac and his religious family. When you finish the last floor, you unlock an ending which explains everything.
One day, one woman and one man get married and they have one son, Isaac. They were happy until they had a daughter called Maggy. Isaac's parents loved Maggy and they left Isaac apart. One day, Isaac wished his sister's death, and this wish came true.
Isaac's father left their home, and his mom started to drink and consume drugs. Some months later, Isaac's mom heard a voice from God, or that's what the game says, and the voice told her to sacrifice his son Isaac. He heard everything and he found a trapdoor on his room and that was his only escape way.
And that's how the game starts.

It's a deep story and there are a lot of theories about the game. For example that his mother dressed Isaac like his death sister and that's why there are a character on the game called Magdalene.

And finally I have to say that the game is very difficult whey you start, but when you play some hours, you learn how to play and what does an item.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Jojo na Kimyou no Bouken in japanese, is one of my favourites anime and manga. The author, Hirohiko Araki released the manga on the 1986 on the Shonen Jump Magazine and he is still working on the manga right now.

The manga is about the story of the Joestar bloodline and his fate caused by a stone mask. The first Joestar that appears on the manga is Jonathan Joestar, his life was good, but suddenly a boy called Dio comes to his life and everything turns on the worst. After this, Dio wants to kill the Joestar family but it fails, and this event causes the fate of the Joestar bloodline.

There are eight parts, and there are some years between each one. The main characters, in order, are: Jonathan Joestar, Jospeh Joestar, Jotaro Kujo (his surename is Kujo, because Joseph's daughters marries with a japanese), Josuke Higashikata, Giorno Giovanna, Jolyne Kujo, Johny Joestar and Josuke Higashikata from a parallel world.

I like this anime because the plot is very good, the poses that they do are funny and on all the manga are references to music and some groups. For example there is a character called AC/DC, another one called Red Hot Chilly Pepper, and even one called Bohemian Rhapsody. And also the opening music from each season is awesome. My favourite one is from the Part II, called Bloody Stream.

Beauty

Is beauty important and necessary on our world?
Some people would say that beauty and aesthetic is important to look good and feel better with yourself, but this isn't true.

For example, when someone goes to clinic because they want to change some parts of his body for example the breasts, they only waste their money, Becasue if they do this for their partner or boyfriend, this person doesn't deserves it.
After one surgery, they maybe want more to look more beautiful for their partner, and this only will destroy their lives.

I think that beauty is in the inside of the people and if someone is with other people because it's beautiful, this person is selfish and superficial.

Matt Smith

Matt Smith is british actor and he has acted in cinema and television. He is very famous because the acted in the series  Doctor Who as the eleventh Doctor. He did very well the role of the Doctor and he acted excellent. He is a good and funny person.
Karen Gillan and him are good actors when they are together.
He has acted in some movies: In Bruges as Young Harry Waters, Together as  Rob, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies as  Mr.Collins, etc.
And in TV: Doctor Who as the eleventh Doctor, The Ruby in the smoke as Jim Taylor, etc.
He has winned 4 awards and nomination and he also has 4 video games.
I hope he continues acting because he always brings a smile in the faces who watches him.

Help the people

When I have free time I spend some time in Facebook and Twitter. Everything is normal but there are some posts that I'm not fond of. The reason is the next.
Someone publishes and image and the description of the image says: "Like and share if you want to help these people". They put a poor people image and some nice words, but this is useless.

They don't do anything, they only lie. I think they do this because they want popularity in the social medias. I think when they go out to the street, and they see someone poor begging, they don't give them anything. If they really want to help, they should go to a NGO and help.

The people's problem

In our society a lot of people insults someone because they are afraid of the strongest one. The people who are stronger than the others, can use they force to intimidate and they can also give orders to the weakest ones. The "weakest" people aren't fond on flaming and insulting the people, but they are obliged to do it, and if they don't do it, the person who is in power will kick or hit them.
It's the same as bullying in schools but, right now, every day, someone is getting bullied.

I think that the bully has to put in the other people places and they have to know what the bullied people feels and what they suffered all the time when they were insulted by them.
What the people has to do is go to help the bullied people and go to the police and talk about the bully and what they do.
I think that's the only solution to this problem, because if we don't say anything, who will do it?

The dream of many people

Sometime in your life you thought you wanted to be rich. Why do the people think this?

They think if they were rich, they will have a lot of things, like a Ferrari or a similar car, a maid, a pool and a lot of money. They only know this face of this life. The other face is the next: The rich and famous people can't go outside because there will be a lot of photographers and they will take pictures of their private life. If they meet a girl the paparazzi will make up a new rumour about them.
They haven't got any time for themself because they are busy with the work or going to TV shows. They also have to go to places to help the poor people. If a rich one don't give money to help someone who needs help, his fans will flame and insult him.
On conclusion I think that this life is better, because we have got time for ourselfs and we know what is happines and friendship is. A lot of them can not know what is this feeling because maybe they forget this feelings or they don't know what is it.

Hatred and GTA V

A few days ago, a new game has been released and it's called Hatred. In this game you have to kill al the people in the city, because the character hates everyone and everything. Maybe the people thinks that is a bit violent, but the player only destroys pixels, only pixels.


The game has a good music and the graphics are beautiful. Where is the problem with this game?

The problem is this: The gaming platform Steam has retired this game from his list for a while because it was very violent, but they put it again, and Gabe Newell gave them some money to apologise for the problem. Then Twitch banned the game for the same reason. They banned the game because is rated Mature only and this level is like the level of porn. Why the people can not stream this game, but they can stream the new Grand Theft Auto V? GTA is worst than hatred, because it's more realistic than this game.

The Steins Gate choice!

Some time ago I discovered a series named Steins;Gate. When I started watching this, I could not figure out anything because it was very strange. But at the end everything was explained and I was surprised.

Why I'm fond of this series?

The reason it's because it has everything. There's love, comedy and some action. The main theme is the time travel. They use a phone and a microwave oven to send mails to the past, and change some facts. Only the main character knows what happened before they send the mail. But when they send a mail, they the main character changes from the alpha timeline to the beta one and he needs to come back or his friend will die.
