Yesterday, on a part at 18:30, eleven children were attacked by a dog, Three of the eleven children had to stay in the hospital because they have serious wounds. The rest of the children are injured and they expect that a little girls need a skin graft.  
The police still doesn't know why the dog attacked the children, but they arrested a 37 years old man because it was his dog who went out of control.
Now some children of the park are traumatized and they fear dogs.
The one who saved the kids was a father of the boys. He tied the dog on a fence until the police came to solve the problem.
Opinion:
The owner of the dog was an irresponsible and he caused a lot of damage as well as physicological and physical. I think that when he will go to the courtroom, the judge punish him to life imprisonment, because having a dog and don't take care of him, is unacceptable.

But the schools and the teacher who teach languages can be unemployed.

New Lung Cancer Breathalyzer Provides Greater Chance Of Successfully Curing Disease

Scientists from U.K had developed a breathalyzer that can help detecting lung cancer. The breathlyzer measures some organic compound in the breath that the patient exhales in order to detect this cancer. First this was initially designed to detect exoplosives and toxic gases.
The lung cancer cause 1.5 million deads every year and the cause can be the late diagonistication, for example 5 years late.
But now, with this new technology, the doctors can diagonistcate the lung cancer to the people that have it and they can be saved from death.


Opinion:
It's a good news knowing that some people are developing new technology and studiying new methods for helping the people. The hospitals that are trying this breathlyzer sure they are helping a lot, and the objective maybe is reduce the deads caused by this cancer, but I think that only the people who have money can go the hospital and the ones who doesn't have a lot maybe will die.
If this can save lifes, this should for all the people in the planet.

France is in the State of Emergency because some months ago, there were a terrorist attack, and the government decided to put this state on the country. While the country is in State of Emergency, the army can search in people's house without judicial warrants, and also they can impose control orders, in order to stop or difficult the movement of the people. All this affects mostly to the muslim people that live in France.

In 2016 Human Rights Watch, had known that the army enter in the houses with violence in the houses of these people, and sometimes they can traumatize the children that live there or break all the furniture that they have.

Opinion:
If we think, this is very stupid. I know that the government can be scared for more attacks, but not all the muslims are terrorist, or are they? The government of France should take out this State of Emergency because it's useless. It only brings problems and disgrace to all the families that are affected by this.

South African kidnapper of baby Zephany Nurse guilty

On 1977 a baby was kidnapped by an old woman, who was the nurse of the hospital were the baby was born,  in Cape Town. The baby was the daughter of Celeste Nurse.

The nurse said that she was the and the girl says that she is her mother. The nurse also had said that the baby was adopted by her and a woman called Sylvia gave her the baby, but the police didn't find that woman. They gave her the name of Zephany and the kidnappers have apologised to the biological parents for everything that they have done to them.

Opinion:
The kidnapper should have adopted a baby instead of stealing it. Maybe the kidnapper couldn't have any babies or maybe her husband, but this doesn't justifes the steal of the little baby. At this moment, there are a lot of children that have lost their parents and they want a family, they should have gone to this place and adopt someone.

It starts saying that the exposure of the radiation can affect the devolpment of the children. And that concerns the iPad, laptop and the other devices that the people ususally have at home.
The doctor Harold Naiman said that the exposure of the radiation can cause infertility in males and contribute to some illnesses like cancer. They advise us to use the airplane mode to reduce the radiation of the Wi-Fi connection or turn it off during the night.

Opinion:
It's true that this network can affect our body and cause us some irreversible problems, but nowadays the people are addicted to the Internet and when they are at home, on the bed they use the Wi-Fi because they need to update their status or upload some images. It's okay to use it sometime and whey you are not doing anything you should turn it off or shutdown the router.

Turkey to hand back Russian pilot's body

The prime minister from Tukey, Ahmet Davutoglu, said that they will return the body of the dead pilot to Russia. The pilot name was Col Oleg and he died when he was driving a plane. The turkish forces shooted the plane because it had violated their space.

This incident has made Russia to announce sancitions against Turkey. Vladimir Putin signed a decree that covers imports from Turkey. Seeing this, the president from Turkey declined to apologise to Russia.

Opinion:
The pilot's death was caused because Putin let the pilots to fly above the turkish territory. This incident maybe will cause some troubles to the people, for example the people from Turkey that are visiting Russia, maybe will be deported or expelled from Russia.

Diesel, SWAT Police Dog Killed In Paris Raid, Was Only Months Away From Retirement, Handler Reveals

A week ago, a SWAT police dog was killed by the terrorist in France. The dog's name was Diesel and he was about to retire. 

The french SWAT had the work to capture the leader of the terrorist who attacked Paris, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, whose body was found in the wreckage of a buliding. The body was with two of his partners, and five of them survived and they were arrested.
First of all there were a gunfire and the SWAT waited until finished. When they hadn't heard anything, Diesel was sent to the building to see if there were anyone. When he entered into the second room, he died. When this happended, the gunfire started again.
Some days later, the social media sent some images of their dogs and giving thanks to Diesel.

Opinion:
Maybe some people would say that the fault of Diesel's death was from his handler, because he let him go to the building, but I think that was his job. Because if Diesel hasn't entered to the second room, maybe some SWAT would enter and would die. I know that this would sound selfish and I write like I don't have feelings, but Diesel saved the life of people.

Donald Trump hadn't to mock of this reporter like this. He thinks that he is powerful and everyone likes him, but they don't. This person has a problem and the people laughed, but they don't think that if they only had a similar condition or even worse, they won't laugh.

Isis 'Poster Girl' Samra Kesinovic Murdered For Trying To Flee Raqqa, Austrian Press Report

A teenager who enlist to the jihadist the last year, was murdered for trying to flee from them. I think that the death of this girl wasn't fair even if the one who decided to enlist the terrorist was her. Becasue everyone has an opinion, and if she wanted to leave them, she should have the decision to leave.

The UK's Competition and Markets Authority has asked the Advertising Standards Authority to investigate three online games aimed at children.

The CMA said that the online games affect the kids and this will make them to buy things inside the game. There were cases where the children had spend a minimum a thousand pounds. 

The CMA has given some advices to the parents. The parents have to check their bills, know what kind of game are playing their childrens and finally, check the device settings.

Opinion:

They have to put a parental control or before the kids start playing the game, they should know if it has the option of buying something in the game.

Opinion:
